CC judge Vahe Grigoryan received over 3 million AMD salary from state budget for doing nothing

Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan elected by the National Assembly on June 20, 2019 and having declared himself chairman of the Constitutional Court has not participated in any working sessions of the CC and failed to implement any of his duties but in spite of it he received over 3 million AMD salary from the state budget.

It is remarkable that though Grigoryan states in his interviews that Armenia does not have Constitutional Court and puts under doubt the legitimacy of the highest court, it does not bother him to get 793,680 AMD salary monthly from the means of the tax payers for doing nothing.

According to a corresponding law, the absence of CC judge from the sessions three or more times without respectable reason is an essential disciplinary violation, which is a basis for applying to the CC by the NA for termination of judge’s authorities.

My Step faction which has elected Vahe Grigoryan, did not undertake any step during the past months to give corresponding assessment to his illegal actions.
