Azerbaijani propaganda machine ascribes statements to Syria’s deputy minister about Artsakh which he did not said

Azerbaijani propaganda machine has recently been spreading the words of deputy foreign minister of Syria Faisal Mekdad who speaking at the 18th summit of the Movement of Non-United States as if stated that “Syria supports Azerbaijan’s just position and Armenia must implement the UN SC four resolutions.”

The strangest thing though was how the Azerbaijani propaganda machine ascribed the words of the Syrian official that “terrorism is a big threat to this region” statement to the Artsakh context.

The official Yerevan has not yet responded to it with the simple reason that the Syrian deputy minister has not stated such thing.

Political analyst, professor at Armenia’s University of America shared the direct quote of the Syrian deputy minister in his Twitter microblog, citing the video of the summit.
