I absolutely disagree, the charges are unlawful: Ara Babloyan on charges instituted against him
Former chairman of the National Assembly Ara Babloyan has been charged.
“Whatever I have done I have done in accordance with the Constitution and laws,” former chairman of the NA Ara Babloyan told the reporters after leaving the SIS building.
“I absolutely disagree with the charges and state that the accusations are unlawful. Whatever I have done I have done it in accordance with the Constitution and laws, there were no initial arrangements,” Babloyan said.
Asked whether the actions are aimed against CC chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan, Babloyan said he does not want to respond to political questions as he is not dealing with politics anymore.
“I am dealing with exclusively healthcare. As of the moment I have just one goal to preserve the respect of the people. I will remain in the country and will not go anywhere. I will fight till the end to prove that I am just and I have never been involved in any wrongdoing,” Babloyan said.
