Issue of purchasing new governmental plane to be discussed: head of PM’s administration
The old governmental plane is rather expensive also due to its ongoing preservation expenses, head of Prime Minister’s administration Eduard Aghajanyan told the reporters referring to the issue of changing the plane serving the head of the executive power.
He said issue of acquiring new plane is being discussed as the current one is rather old and worn out.
“The issue is the following, the current plane, besides being old demands higher ongoing expenses. We also have issue of Trans-Atlantic flights. It is an option which is being discussed and a final decision be made,” he said, noting that the old plane will probably be sold after a new one will be purchased.
Asked how much the recent visit to the USA cost, Aghajanyan said he is not aware of numbers.
