They shout there is no corruption and catch deputy minister with bribe in his hands: Grigoryan
The purchases made by medical establishments in a closed procedure are being qualified as trade secrecy, while these purchases are implemented by the means of the tax payers and must not be kept secret, chairman of the Armenian Healthcare National Council Gevorg Grigoryan said at the news conference today.
“Today as well the corruption risks are being maintained. If we do not prevent corruption, no matter how we punish for it, we will not have any positive changes,” he said, stressing that after shouting there is no corruption, deputy minister was caught with 3,000 USD bribe in his hand.
“No matter how much the prime minister states that there is no corruption, I believe in facts and not statements,” the speaker said.
