Criminal Court of Appeal registers violation of Arsen Babayan’s rights
The Criminal Court of Appeal has registered that the rights of the former deputy head of the NA staff Arsen Babayan were violated with all the arguments submitted to the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction by lawyers having been grounded, including the absence of fundamental suspicion.
Speaking to reporters today Babayan’s lawyer Yervand Varosyan said that as far as Babayan is already in freedom the court declined the motion of the lawyers against the decision of the court of general jurisdiction.
“We will consider the further steps after receiving the text of the decision,” the lawyer said.
Arsen Babayan said the key issue for them is to register the violation of his rights.
