Armenia’s PM says global prices registered 6% growth in October 2019, in Armenia it made just 0,1%
According to the annual report of the UN FAO in October 2019 the global food prices grew by 6% as compared with the same span of the past year.
“In Armenia the prices in October 2019 grew by 0,1% as compared with the same span of 2018. This is mainly if not absolutely the result of enhancement of economic competition. We remember very well what was happening previously – the food prices were going up in the world by for instance 2% in Armenia by 4-5%,” Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Facebook.
