Armenia’s PM: There is no document on Karabakh conflict negotiation table
Lawmaker Arman Babajanyan asked Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the NA-government Q&A about the position of the official Yerevan over the document circulated by the Azerbaijani side today.
“There are three regimes of statement – when the statement is not voiced, interpretations are voiced, secondly, when the statement is trilateral and thirdly, statement by five parties when the representatives of the sides join the statement of the co-chairs,” Pashinyan said.
“First I would say that there is no document on the table of negotiations. It does not exist as we must first understand the amplitude. We said we must receive specifications regarding Madrid principles but we have not received them till now. Now, in essence, I may register with the regard of Karabakh conflict that during the one and half year we solved all the issues we put before us. We have formulated the new position of Armenia and Artsakh, registered that the ideas of the governments of Armenia and Artsakh are identical. What we say has become more understandable for the international community,” Pashinyan said.
