Criminal case against Serzh Sargsyan accelerates the anti-Nikol consolidation processes: Armen Ashotyan
Though the criminal case launched against Armenia’s third president Serzh Sargsyan had information bomb effect for political and social circles, it will not have any negative impact on the domestic and foreign activities of the Republican party, RPA vice-chairman Armen Ashotyan said at a press conference on Friday.
“Moreover, the criminal case against Serzh Sargsyan and the accusation accelerate the anti-Nikol consolidation processes. This is a consequence we witness during the past three days and here we really can say thank you Pashinyan Nikol,” he said, adding that as far as today’s authorities cannot make calculations, they fail to make long-term planning being guided with the existence of exclusively information bomb of the day.
“If they continue with their “air” methods of persecutions of other leaders, I convince you that they will face political consequences which will not only weaken their power but unfortunately the Republic of Armenia as well,” Ashotyan said.
