Armenia’s state means not spent effectively: Armenia’s PM
Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred today at a discussion on fighting against corruption to the expression he made few days ago in the National Assembly that he does not “steal even a penny from the state budget.”
“To speak frankly, after this statement I have felt some discomfort, some feeling of understatement,” the premier said.
“Yes, I do not steal a penny from the budget but unfortunately I know that Armenia’s state means are not spent with 100% efficiency. It is very important to register it to complete the statement I have made earlier,” he said, adding that the state expenses relating to the PM are not made with 100% efficiency as well.
He said the issue is on his agenda but he failed to refer to it as needed.
“I want to tell our citizens that hence reaching the efficiency of spending of state means is on the agenda,” the premier stated.
