Revolution ended, time for reforms has come: Movses Demirtchyan

If revolution is political process, it has already ended in Armenia, PhD in philosophic sciences Movses Demirtchyan said at the From First Glance program of Aysor.am.

“If the revolution is political process, phenomenon, it has already ended in Armenia and revolution declared by the authorities in the sectors of education, culture and economy is a bit difficult to understand as both education and culture are conservative systems,” he said, adding that step by step changes are necessary in the mentioned sectors and not revolution.

“If in the politics the issue may be solved in one day, in the sectors of education and culture it is impossible as you cannot tell a person today we are studying this, tomorrow that,” he said, adding that reforms and not revolution is necessary.

Demirtchyan also said that the authorities must justify the expectations of the people to compensate the disappointment.
