Task group created to release Robert Kocharyan to conduct a number of meetings
The task group created to release Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan will conduct a number of meetings with different circles, coordinator of the task group Aghvan Vardanyan stated at a press conference today.
“The meetings will be held with representatives of judicial system, ombudsman, representatives of diplomatic structures accredited in Armenia, international organizations,” Vardanyan said, adding that they have already planned to work with local and international human rights organizations.
“We expect the authorities realize the unpromising future of the political persecution and help them get out of the situation,” he said.
