Small successes registered in 2019 have no vital basis to become continuous: Artsvik Minasyan

In 2019 we witnessed mass violations of presumption of innocence, ignorance, ARF-D member Artsvik Minasyan stated today at the “Politeconomia” research institute’s summarizing conference.

“We have got convinced how easy has become today to present biggest and most shameful accusations to a person violating the fundamental principal of the rule of law,” Minasyan said.

He said the next challenge is the failure of the state governance system.

“The recent attack organized by the prime minister testifies that the state governance system, the institutes are fully failed, a shameful staff policy is being carried out. There is zero realization of public responsibility and the worst thing is irresponsible attitude toward the future,” Minasyan stressed.

He said the small successes registered in 2019 have no vital basis to become continuous regarding mid-term and long-term perspective.
