Two judges to state about retiring: they are blackmailed by police: 168.am

168.am reports that in the coming two days two judges will more probably be forced to retire and state that they are doing it “voluntarily.”

The media’s insider in the legal system said the 7th department of the Armenian police has gathered narrow personal information about the two judges whose names will be unveiled in upcoming days.

The same insider said the gathered materials are about extramarital ties and now the power structures will try to blackmail them. They threaten that if the two judges fail to announce their resignation during the upcoming week they will publish the materials.

Earlier Hrapatak.am wrote that yesterday Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan convened confidential gathering of heads of power structures instructing them to get rid of undesirable judges in one-week time.
