CC judges passed serious path, will not leave their job for money: former CC member

The CC judges have passed serious path and have corresponding moral and professional qualities, former member of the CC told Aysor.am, stressing that they will hardly leave their job for money.

“I do not think leaving the commitments for money will bring dignity to a CC judge. They say the old judges are not good ones and offer money for them to leave. Removing people against money is not a good way,” Poghosyan.

The former CC judge advised to address questions to the acting CC judges, saying that they are the ones to make decision and they are to decide how to remain in the history.

“If someone uses this law, he/she must clearly state why they do that, what forced them do. I do not know, may be from narrow personal viewpoint it is not so bad not to work and get such high pension, but from the moral viewpoint… I do not know, it is wrong,” he said.
