Armenia must have vision of desired state: expert

Armenia must first of all formulate its vision on what state it wants to become and act in accordance with it, expert in Iranian sciences Vardan Voskanyan said at From the First Glance program, referring to Armenia’s actions on the background of U.S.-Iranian tension.

“For us to understand what actions should be undertaken, it is first of all necessary to formulate Armenia’s vision on what state we want to have. We always respond to different episodic events, sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes we do not respond, sometimes we act and sometimes we do not,” he said, adding that Armenia should have its vision.

“If the goal is not defined, the further actions will be spontanious and and be limited with just responses. Naturally we must be able to carry out at least crisis management,” he said.
