SRC provides more bonuses to employees in 2019 receives less criticism
All employees of State Revenue Committee received bonuses, chairman of the SRC Davit Ananyan said today at the meeting with reporters.
In 2018 the bonuses provided to the SRC amounted to 5 billion AMD raising a big noise in public, while in 2019 the sum reached 5,8 billion AMD but the resonance is much smaller.
“We had a necessity to communicate with the public and share our ideas. We made it clear together with the government that if you want to have professional staff you should ensure financial competitiveness between the state and private sector,” Ananyan said.
As to the tax body, Ananyan said that there was an issue to ensure dignified sum for the employees to avoid outflow.
“Nevertheless, we had an outflow. During 2019 some 967 people left the job at the SRC, part of them on the basis of own application and part as a result of job cuts. We have taken back 600 employees at the same time managing to ensure change of generation. Unfortunately we also have cases when people submitted resignation applications preferring to work in private sector,” Ananyan said.
