Hrayr Tovmasyan’s lawyer does not exclude unlawful arrest of his defendant

Investigative actions have been carried out with the participation of chairman of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan.

“It lasted for quite a long time and interrupted at the initiative of the investigator. We left the Special Investigation Service building, again came at the appointed hour and again left it, and again went there,” Tovmasyan’s lawyer Amram Makinyan told Aysor.am.

He said the tendency is to summon Tovmasyan at an hour not convenient for him.

“I am convinced in it. Artificial grounds are being created to show as if Hrayr Tovmasyan is not coming to interrogation,” Makinyan said.

Tovmasyan’s attorney stressed that taking into consideration the illegal criminal persecution against Tovmasyan, they does not exclude that the unlawful actions may continue.

“We do not exclude that the investigation service may apply obvious unlawful measure and initiate arrest,” Makinyan said.
