Artur Vanetsyan’s representatives demand rejection of information by media belonging to Pashinyan’s family

Representatives of former director of the National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan applied to the Armenian Times paper demanding rejection of information that found place in the article entitled “Do I have honor, or I don’t: Mishik, Artur and Arik,” describing it as “false, slanderous and nonsense.”

“On January 12, 2020 www.armtimes.com published an article “Do I have honor, or I don’t: Mishik, Artur and Arik.” The mentioned publication contains false, slanderous and nonsense information about Artur Vanetsyan. We have sent demand of rejection of the information in accordance with law on Mass Media. If the rejection is not published in the set period of time we will have to apply to court. If the mentioned publication is not demonstration of malice, purposeful dissemination of misinformation but a misunderstanding, reasonability requires rejection of the labeling misinformation by the author without any judicial process,” lawyer Lusine Sahakyan wrote on Facebook.
