CC chairman hopes officer’s honor will not allow NSS former director keep silence about all this
Only 10% of the whole processes are visible and the former director of the National Security Service made a remark about it, chairman of Armenia’s Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan told the reporters today after search in his apartment.
“I hope and I am convinced that the officer’s honor will not allow him to keep silence about all this. All the processes – when it started, what they talked with me – everything will be known to the public. If till now I keep silence about it, it is agreed only with the image of my country,” the CC chairman said.
Tovmasyan said that he expected such processes but a judge must fight for his independence.
“You may consider it deprivation, persecution but this is my cross that I should carry,” he said.
