Necessary actions to be done regarding CC issue: Pashinyan
Armenia does not have Constitutional Court envisaged by the RA Constitution, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated today at a press conference.
“Armenia’s Constitution envisages that the CC chairman must be elected from the CC staff but today we have CC elected by the NA and today it has been revealed that the CC chairman has been elected as a result of official fraud,” Armenia’s PM said, reminding that a criminal proceeding has been launched into the case.
“We cannot say it is a light fraud. It is an official fraud as a result of which the CC has been occupied by a person, by a group. We will do what is necessary to be done,” he said.
