CC chairman describes his relations with PM institutional
Chairman of the Armenian Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan, speaking at Pressing TV program said he has no enemies in Armenia and cannot have any hostile relations with anyone.
The response came to the question whether he would more describe the relations with Armenia’s PM hostile or tensed.
“My enemies are outside of these borders. As CC chairman I have no right to have tensed relations with anyone. My authorities do not suppose them. I respect state institutions. As to personal relations, if my dignity is offended I will behave as any Armenian man will behave. Thus, I will describe these relations institutional just like the Constitution fixes how the relations between the CC chairman and the prime minister must be,” Tovmasyan said.
The CC chairman stated that in any case the tensed relations must not leave any trace on his work and authorities.
“If somewhere we put the personal issues above the state ones, the state will end,” he said.
