Nikol Pashinyan turns Police into fuzz station, humiliates acting chief to the end: Mihran Hakobyan

Political analyst Mihran Hakobyan referred in his Facebook post to the transfer of senior officer  of the 6th department of Armenia’s Police Sergey Ghambaryan to Meghri, Armenia’s Syunik province, as senior officer on juvenile affairs. Sergey Ghambaryan is the nephew of CC Chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan’s godson Norayr Panosyan, arrested to blackmail the CC chairman, the political analyst wrote.

“Having turned the Police into a fuzz station, Nikol Pashinyan humiliates the acting Chief of the Police to the end both as a man and as an officer.

Sergey Ghambaryan, senior officer of the 6th department of Armenia’s Police, the nephew of CC chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan’s godson Norayr Panosyan, arrested to blackmail the CC chairman, has been transferred to Meghri as juvenile affairs officer.

I guess you don't doubt that the young police officer was offered to tell his uncle to make a case against the CC chairman, to release him (Panosyan) and get a good position and an opportunity to demonstrate himself and build a carrier of an officer. In the opposite case, he is transported to Meghri as juvenile affairs officer with 180-200 thousand salary.

In essence, it means – write an application, and leave the job. In fact, Sergey Ghambaryan is lucky that he is not an officer of soviet militia, otherwise our today’s berias would have transferred him to Magadan and Kolyma.
