Bill on constitutional changes, PM’s speech at NA authored by Vahe Grigoryan: media representatives
Hraparak claims it has revealed that yesterday’s speech of the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the NA was written by the CC judge Vahe Grigoryan.
The media says the first part was the quoting from the well-known letter written by Vahe Grigoryan while in the second part a reference is made to the criminal case against former deputy head of the NA staff Arsen Babayan, and the final part was a threat addressed to the acting members of the Constitutional Court.
Hraparak’s source says that Pashinyan just added phrases peculiar to him to the text written by Grigoryan.
In his turn, director of Yerkir Media TV’s news and social-political programs Gegham Manukyan claims that the author of the bill on constitutional changes is not Vahagn Hovakimyan but Vahe Grigoryan.
He said the draft includes the phrase “deficit of democratic legitimacy,” used by Grigoryan in the interview to RFE/RL on October 15, 2019.
