CC judge Vahe Grigoryan left for secret business trips in December-January: Pastinfo
Constitutional Court failed to make working decisions on 6 cases ascribed to judge Vahe Grigoryan due to the latter’s inactivity and failure to implement his functions.
Instead, Vahe Grigoryan was leaving for business trips at his own initiative, violating the working rules of the Constitutional Court, Pastinfo reports, citing the information received from the CC.
The media sent a written inquiry to the CC to learn how many working sessions the CC had in the period after Grigoryan’s oath ceremony on June 20, 2019 till February 1, 2020 and in how many the CC judge did not participate and with what explanations.
The CC said in the response that judicial staff sessions, 41 working sessions, 39 CC sessions were convened in the mentioned period of time with Grigoryan not having attended any of them without any grounding and explanation.
The CC response also said that during the mentioned period Grigoryan not only left for business trips without providing relevant information but kept them secret. It is not clear with who he met and what arrangements he made.
