Elections, referendum stop causing shocks in Armenia after revolution: Armenia’s PM
For many years our political team and I were speaking about constitutional reality, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said speaking on Public TV today.
“The Constitution registered one thing, but quite another was implemented and today we have created the constitutional reality, each RA citizen knows that he can create power,” Pashinyan said.
He stressed that today the dangers of politicization of the Constitutional Court are essentially neutralized.
Pashinyan stressed that the public keep putting the responsibility of decisions of the judicial power on the government, agreeing it with total distrust toward the judicial system.
The PM said that he and his political team want to create judicial system the decisions of which will not be discussed.
“Elections have stopped resulting in shocks in Armenia after the revolution. The institute of referendum must be strengthened,” he said.
