CC chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan files lawsuit against Armenia’s PM
President of Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan submitted a lawsuit against Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to 1lurer.am, Tovmasyan demands apology for the offensive remarks in his address and denial of discrediting information.
The lawsuit was submitted on February 21 and ascribed to judge Gayane Khachatryan.
At the press conference in Kapan Pashinyan said the CC president offered his services to the acting authorities. In response, Tovmasyan demanded trustworthy fact from the PM to ground his allegations, otherwise he said he would sue him.
After it, Pashinyan published a photo of a pen, saying that Tovmasyan gave it to him at the session of the Board of Trustees of Hayatsan All-Armenian Fund.
In response to the PM’s post, Hrayr Tovmasyan instructed his lawyers to prepare lawsuit against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
