Specialist from Armenia departs to Iran to implement control of passengers arriving in Armenia

All the trucks coming to Armenia from Iran are moving in the Armenia’s territory accompanied with the Health Ministry specialists and police.

Control is established over the Iranian drivers, in the whole territory including in the State Revenue Committee’s customs border check-point, till their return.

Health minister Arsen Torosyan wrote on Facebook that control is being set over Armenian drivers in accordance with their place of living.

“With my assignment specialist from Ministry’s National Center for Control and Prevention of Diseases departed for Tehran to ensure proper control over the passengers arriving from Iran,” he wrote.

He reported that the specialist will examine the health condition of the passengers, will instruct them for using protective means and will report the situation to carry out proper measures in Yerevan.

“Home control will be set over those not having any complaints, those having some will be tested and hospitalized if necessary,” he wrote.
