Girl, 13, remains in grave condition after being beaten severely in Armenia’s Gyumri

A 13-year old severely beaten girl has been transported at about 1.30 am to St Mary Virgin medical center in Yerevan from Gyumri via reamobile.

The girl breathes via the artificial respiratory device and was transported in unconscious condition, director of the medical center Nikolay Dallakyan told the reporters today.

“All the necessary interferences were made in Gyumri, after the girl’s condition stabilized she was transported here. The examination showed that she has numerous grave traumas,” he said, stressing that she has closed head trauma, brain swelling, hematomas, numerous bone fractures, etc.

The doctor said the child is still breathing with the artificial respiration device.

The doctor said no one has yet applied to them from relatives to get informed about the girl’s condition.

It has been reported that the girl’s mother was beaten to death and the girl, 13, severely beaten and transported to hospital in unconscious condition in Armenia's Gyumri.
