Works undertaken to organize Sunday flight from Rome to Armenia in a way to avoid possibility of infecting one another: Tatevik Revazyan
Not all the issues have received final solutions, currently organization works are being carried out, president of the Civil Aviation Committee Tatevik Revazyan told the reporters after the session of the Commission on Prevention of Coronavirus, speaking about the charter flight from Italy’s Rome to Armenia on Sunday.
“We are closely working with the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Health Ministry to understand their number, to understand who travels with who and reduce the possibility of infecting one another,” she said.
Revazyan said that among the passengers are tourists, students, Armenians living in Italy.
“The Armenian embassy in Italy will make corresponding statement,” Revazyan said.
As to whether there are countries with who the air communication will be suspended, Revazyan said that closing air communication with a country will not solve issue but create additional ones.
“The infected passengers if travelling by transit would create additional issues,” she said.
