Armenia’s deputy PM states about banning entrance of citizens of 16 countries to Armenia
Armenia’s deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan reports that agreed with tense epidemiological situation caused by the spread of coronavirus in a number of countries, a decision has been made to ban the entrance of citizens of 16 countries to Armenia.
He also said that the Armenian citizens returning from these countries will be subjected to 14-day quarantine.
These countries are:
China
Iran
South Korea
Japan
Italy
Spain
France
Germany
Switzerland
Denmark
Austria
Belgium
Norway
Sweden
The Netherlands
United Kingdom.
"Entry to Armenia of a driver and one alternate driver of a vehicle carrying out cargo transportation from those countries will not be restricted," Avinyan reported.
He also said that all the citizens returning from foreign trips must be self-isolated for 14 days. If during that period they have symptoms they must contact Emergency Call Center by 060838300 or the Hotline of the Ministry of Health.
