Armenia to get 100 respiratory devices and 60 thousand tests soon
Session of the commission set to prevent spread of coronavirus in Armenia took place today at the government chaired by Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Speaking at the session, health minister Arsen Torosyan referred to the cases of coronavirus registered in Armenia and the health condition of the infected patients.
He also briefed that Armenia’s healthcare system will soon be upgraded with new devices – 100 respiratory devices, 60,000 tests in particular, as well as facemasks, special medical clothing, glasses, etc.
The participants of the session also discussed steps addressed to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Armenia, keep the situation under control.
Summing up the session, the prime minister presented draft decision based on the proposals and observations presented during the discussion.
