Armenia's deputy PM still waits for response from Gazprom
Leadership of Russian Gazprom company has not responded to the letter of Armenia’s deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan on starting negotiations over reduction of gas price.
“There is no response yet. I think it is agreed with the working and non-working days. We are expecting the response a bit later,” Grigoryan said at press conference.
The issue over gas price has also been discussed during the phone conversation of Armenia’s PM Nikol Pashinyan and Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.
The deputy PM sent the letter to chairman of the Gazprom administration Alexey Miller on March 31 on starting new negotiations over reduction of gas price.
On April 2 Public Services Regulatory Commission received application from Gazprom Armenia on reviewing the gas tariff for consumers.
