I am ready to answer to all questions regarding April war: Serzh Sargsyan to convene press conference after state of emergency
Armenia’s third president Serzh Sargsyan came today to the NA to participate in the session of the committee set to investigate April 2016 war.
Speaking to reporters, Sargsyan said that the time has come when he is ready to answer to the questions about the war.
“I have nothing to hide. The time has come when I am ready to answer the questions. Stemming from this readiness, I have applied to the committee for convening the session after the state of emergency but the committee found it expedient to convene it on April 16 in conditions of extension of the state of emergency,” he said, adding that the issue is rather important for him and here on foot he cannot to satisfy the public and reporters answering their questions.
He said after the end of the state of emergency he will convene a press conference and invite all the operating mass media and speak and answer to the questions about the April war.
