Free movement restrictions to be lifted from May 4 in Armenia
Free movement restrictions will be lifted in Armenia from May 4, deputy minister of economy Varos Simonyan told the reporters today.
“In the territory of Armenia all the citizens will have right to move freely. At the same time the ban on public transport activity will remain,” the deputy minister said, adding that there will be no need to have paper with movement details.
He said after the decision on activity of public transport is made, corresponding guidelines will be issued how to make use of the public transport.
“In this phase the ban on public transport has not been lifted as it is considered to be activity containing high risk of spread of coronavirus,” the deputy minister said.
