Pashinyan: Neither of Armenian leaders was as transparent and open as I in Karabakh conflict issue
Neither of Armenian leaders presented such detail position about Nagorno-Karabakh issue then I did, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at the NA today.
“Neither od leaders of Armenia spoke about the position over Karabakh issue as often as I did. Neither of the leaders of Armenia were as transparent and public as I was. Our position exists no matter what positions exist in the world,” Pashinyan said, in response to the question of Prosperous Armenia faction deputy Naira Zohrabyan.
“This whole settlement process is about whether our positions may be reproached. I have included two other important components – no solution may be practical if it is not acceptable for the peoples of Armenia and Karabakh. It is not my good will but it was so from the beginning. But I have gone more far: the solution that may theoretically be brought to life must be acceptable for the peoples of Armenia, Artsakh and Azerbaijan. As far as such solution has not been formulated there may be no solution to the issue. The conflict will be settled only after the foreign minister and I see that there is a variant that may be discussed and is acceptable. I see no necessity either to add or miss something I have stated before,” the PM said.
