Karen Karapetyan answered questions of committee members: Andranik Kocharyan

Former prime minister Karen Karapetyan answered the questions of the committee studying the circumstances of April war, chairman Andranik Kocharyan told the reporters today.

“At the closed session Mr Karapetyan answered the questions we are interested in. Another thing is that the committee is not basing on the responses of Karen Karapetyan only,” Kocharyan said.

Asked whether Karen Karapetyan repeated his allegation that during the April war the military equipment of the Armenian armed forces did not work properly due to low-quality diesel and whether this allegation served as a ground for the committee took into note the statement, Kocharyan said, “I take into consideration the responses of all the militaries that came to the committee before Karen Karapetyan, and I consider the explanations of the Defense Army commander very important.”
