Mikayel Minasyan breaks PM’s character with his arguments: political technologist
The criticism of the ex-ambassador of Armenia to Vatican Mikayel Minasyan are not abstract but strictly targeted, political technologist Armen Badalyan told Aysor.am, stressing that in his video messages and Facebook posts the ex-ambassador breaks the prime minister’s character.
“Mikayel Minasyan shows that contrary to allegations of the incumbent prime minister, corruption and smuggling exists. He says we have diamond processing, we have story of two planes with smuggled cigarettes and shows that the prime minister is not what he shows he is. In the language of political technology it is called breaking the character,” he said.
According to the political analyst, with his arguments the ex-ambassador reduces Nikol Pashinyan’s image and voices views about searching for other PM candidate inside My Step.
“Of course there are people in the government who are able to temporarily assume the commitments of the prime minister. Eventually, for electing new PM only 20 votes are necessary, plus the votes of PAP and Bright Armenia faction. As to My Step it is obvious that different groups are being formed inside and they too see that in many cases the prime minister is losing the levers of governance. Center-oriented forces are being created and here the processes of appointing new, temporary PM may launch,” Badalyan said.
