Constitutional changes expected in Artsakh: vice speaker of Artsakh NA

During the campaign we have clearly presented the program provisions of the United Homeland party and will be guided by them during our activity, member of United Homeland faction Gagik Baghunts, vice-speaker of the newly elected Artsakh parliament told Aysor.am.

“We are envisaging constitutional changes. If to say in short, we will pass to person-oriented policy. It means that in each case, during the implementation of each program we will see raise of the level of livelihood of a citizen,” Baghunts said.

He said their party attaches significance to the reforms in all the sectors starting from legal-judicial ending with economic.

“We have concrete approaches in all the sectors which will get final appearance, and we will try to implement these programs in accordance with our political weight,” the vice speaker of Artsakh NA said.

Baghunts also stressed that after the completion of consultations with the Free Homeland party they will prepare a memorandum and present it to the public.
