Arthur Vanetsyan says he will never publish data of period he worked as NSS director

Let no one try to relate me with Mikayel Minasyan, former director of the National Security Service Arthur Vanetsyan said still in last September while filing resignation application, stressing that for him Minasyan is a person who must give answers before the Armenian laws.

Today leaving the SIS where he was summoned for interrogation, the journalists asked what he meant then.

“If the law enforcement bodies manage to ground the accusations against Mikayel Minasyan or any other person and the court finds them guilty, this person is guilty,” Vanetsyan said.

He stressed that he will never publish the data of the period he worked as director of the NSS.

Asked how his and Mikayel Minasyan’s wishes regarding resignation of Nikol Pashinyan and formation of new government coincided, Vanetsyan said, “If you followed attentively I was the first to speak about prime minister’s resignation still in January and now when all are already speaking about it, it is possible to draw parallels,” Vanetsyan said.
