Armenia must develop and empower: Artur Vanetsyan says he will not step back on halfway
To overcome the issues it is necessary to have competent and frank authorities, former director of the National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan said at the congress of Hayernik party today.
“We may speak very long about the challenges created in conditions of coronavirus and its consequences, but we all understand that to solve these issues we need competent authorities that will be frank before the people,” Vanetsyan noted, adding that the situation is really worrying and demands literate and operative management.
“No political force have a right to claim that it is the only right one and its leader is the savior of the nation or a prophet,” he stressed, adding that the ruling political force does not have and do not want to have enough staff and professional potential to effectively overcome the challenges the state is facing.
“We will pursue the pan-national consolidation and formation of anti-crisis consent government. I am not the one to step back from halfway. I do not consider anyone in Armenia to be an enemy, and I am inclined to wide consolidation, joint work with all forces and individuals. Armenia must develop and empower. We can do it, and we will do it,” Vanetsyan said.
