Armenia's PM says implementation of anti-epidemic rules to be followed in toughest way
The origin of our authorities, in essence, works against us, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the briefing today after the regular session of the Commandant’s Office.
“The atmosphere of fear has zeroed after the events in Armenia in 2008 but unfortunately instead, the level of law enforcement has not reach appropriate level,” the head of the government said.
He stressed that at the session of the Commandant’s Office he stressed that the anti-epidemic rules must be followed.
“We must follow in the toughest way for the anti-epidemic rules be kept without any sentiments and arguments. Today we face a dilemma – either introducing widespread restrictions in parallel with curfew, subjecting the country to new economic and social shocks, or cooperating with each other take the situation under control and register results very speedily. This is what we must choose,” Pashinyan said.
