Armenia is facing serious threat: Armenia’s PM says a lot of people fail to keep anti-epidemic rules
The coronavirus-related situation in Armenia continues to be tensed, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a briefing after Commandant’s Office session today.
“A monstrous reality has been revealed – huge and widespread volume of not keeping anti-epidemic rules,” he said, referring to the flashmob he has announced.
He said they succeeded in implementing mini-revolution.
“Today we have seen certain change,” Pashinyan said.
He said the flashmob will be of continuous nature and urged the citizens to continue sending photos to his Facebook page.
“Why now the police fails to control the process, because a lot of people are not keeping the anti-epidemic rules. Here the problem probably is that our communication here was wrong one,” he said.
The prime minister said that Armenia is facing a serious threat.
“If the tempo continues, the death statistics may create a misbalance,” he said.
