Yuri Khachaturov raised suspicions by rejecting invitation to come to ad hoc commission: Andranik Kocharyan

Yuri Khachaturov should have been interested in being involved in the works of the committee, chairman of the ad hoc commission set to study the circumstances of April 2016 war Andranik Kocharyan said today.

“We were even ready to gather yesterday at night if he had come. By refusing to come he raised many suspicions among the members of the committee,” Kocharyan said.

He stressed that a question raises why Khachaturov agrees to participate in film by 5th channel but refuses to be engaged in the work of the official committee.

Kocharyan said though the committee completed its work but in case of disputable issues which have been left out of the authorities of the committee, the state has other bodies to study them.

“If there are questions left he must answer them at corresponding bodies,” Kocharyan said.

At the same time he stressed that there are some gaps in the NA Regulation which do not allow to have toolset not to allow the invited person reject the invitation.

He said that in September they will not only brief on the results of the work but will submit a proposal for the investigative committee set up in the defense sector have certain toolset.
