CC judge Vahe Grigoryan continues not to participate in CC’s works
From this year the staff of the Constitutional Court is implementing also a civil service which means that the judicial servants received status if civil servant, head of the staff Edgar Ghazaryan told the reporters today, adding that agreed with it the CC will have new structure and staff.
“We will announce competitions and will try to fill all the vacancies,” he said.
Referring to the coronavirus-related situation and remote work, he said that their works have not suffered from it.
As to whether judge Vahe Grigoryan is engaged in the works of the CC, Ghazaryan said that Grigoryan has not attended any session since assuming the post.
“Nevertheless he received salaries for all the months. I have not talked to him on why he is not attending the sessions, I do not have such an authority, but I often see him in the building, I see his service car, but he is not participating in functional activity of the court,” Ghazaryan said.
