Leader of PAP describes developments over him as political persecution, says he will not give up
Leader of Prosperous Armenia party Gagik Tsarukyan described the developments over him and the search in his mansion in particular as political persecution, attempt of blackmailing and scaring.
“I tell you, as Gagik Tsarukyan, I will never give up,” Tsarukyan addressed the people gathered in front of the gates of his mansion.
“Dear people, I want to tell you that the most important thing is that the evil does not cling to a person. I am ready for everything,” he stressed, adding that since 2015 he was offered everything but rejected all the proposals.
“Today too I was offered, but I did not agree, I do not need anything. The most important thing is that people keep their promises and implement the assumed commitments,” he said.
“Two years and nothing, everything has failed. Today people are not in their places, they are unexperienced and failed everything,” he said, stressing that the situation worsens from day to day, with the authorities having failed both the foreign and domestic policy, failed to solve social and healthcare issues.
“Almost 300-400 thousand people are unemployed today, people cannot meet the demands of their families. There will be famine in three months,” Tsarukyan said.
Referring to the coronavirus pandemic, the PAP leader said that all must be tested.
“They do not have tests, they are not doing necessary number of tests,” Tsarukyan said.
The NSS officials visited early in the morning today the mansion of the leader of the PAP Gagik Tsarukyan for search.
