Adekvad union members thank Armenia’s president for not interfering into domestic political events in Armenia

Members of Adekvad union conducted an action outside the presidential building on Baghramyan 26.

Founder of the union Artur Danielyan said the purpose of their action is the same as of the yesterday’s one carried out in front of U.S. Embassy in Armenia.

“Yesterday we thanked the U.S. Department of State, today we have come to express gratitude for the same thing to the Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom whose official representative in Armenia is Armen Sarkissian who concurrently holds the post of President of the Republic of Armenia,” he said, noting that for already two years he keeps silence after each episode of persecutions in Armenia.

“We want to express gratitude that he follows the example of his colleagues and does not interfere into the domestic political events in Armenia,” he said.
