Criminal Court of Appeal postpones examination of Robert Kocharyan’s appeal
Criminal Court of Appeal chaired by judge Arsen Nikoghosyan postponed the examination of the appeal of Armenian second president Robert Kocharyan’s lawyers’ team of rejection of their motions to change the preventive measure of the second president.
The next session is set for June 18 at 10 p.m.
Kocharyan’s lawyers submitted motion to first instance court to change the second president’s preventive measure for which former prime ministers of Armenia and Artsakh submitted personal guarantees.
On May 13 judge Anna Danibekyan rejected the motions after which the lawyers applied to the Criminal Court of Appeal.
