Advocate: Developments over CC may be described as “might makes right”

What happened over CC may be described as “might makes right,” advocate Avetik Ishkhanyan told the reporters today.

“The brutal force won the legal mind and unfortunately not the political forces but only lawyers, some judges, CC members were on the front not having the political forces in their back who declared liberalism, democracy as their principles. They left lawyers and attorneys unprotected,” he said, adding that the attorneys fought as much as they could without serious assistance.

Avetik Ishkhanyan said Armenia moves to destruction of state structures which in its turn will result in the destruction of state.

As to judge Vahe Grigoryan, the advocate said though he has legal education he is currently not a lawyer but a political figure who obediently obeys his leader with dictatorial tendencies.
