Authorities negotiate with CC judges: Pastinfo

According to Pastinfo, after the June 25 statement of the judges of the Constitutional Court, the authorities understood that the powers are not terminated with the rule of Constitutional amendments and protocols must be formed by the CC judges on the bases of which it will be established that the powers of Alvina Gyulumyan and other judges are being terminated.

The media says that currently the authorized representatives of the authorities are trying to start negotiations with the CC judges convincing them to sign the protocols.

According to the media’s source, few people are trying to negotiate among them is a CC judge and MP from My Step faction.

The negotiators are trying to convince the judges whose powers are terminated by giving them some guarantees on behalf of the PM, including opportunity to forward candidacy again.
